PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travelling body travel device capable of specifying which detection body corresponds to which travelling body even if positional information of detectors disposed in respective travelling bodies cannot be independently acquired. SOLUTION: In a specific period, whenever a total control device 100 outputs a command to start travelling to respective self-propelled vehicles 10, the total control device executes comparison processing for comparing positional information on detected pieces 108 output from a positional information output part 102 around the time of output, and executes first-third determination processing. Then, when the results of all the first-third determination processing are positive, two detected pieces 108 whose positional information is changed are specified as two detected pieces 108 corresponding to the self-propelled vehicles 10 to which the command to start travelling is output.
