<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable use of a signature unique to each log-in user for e-mail, in an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A user manager server device 3 stores one or more signatures used for a scan to e-mail function or the like as user personal data 54, for each user, and transmits user personal data for a log-in user to each composite machine.
