<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane-based adhesive having good adhesion to a substrate and wetting spreading and bubble removing properties while maintaining removability. <P>SOLUTION: The urethane-based adhesive includes: 50-95 wt.% of a polyurethane polyol (A); 0.5-20 wt.% of a polyfunctional isocyanate compound (B); and 0.5-50 wt.% of a 10-30C fatty acid ester (C).
