MODIFIED FLUORESCENT PROTEIN

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified protein capable of sensing the added force to the protein.

SOLUTION: There is provided the modified protein provided by fusing two peptides (N-β) and (C-β) capable of forming circular permutation variant and β hairpin structure of a fluorescent protein, in the order to (N-β)-(circular permutation variant)-(C-β) from the N-terminal side, and the modified protein is used for sensing the force added to the protein.
