PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide transformer facilities with a load tap changer, constituted so that when a component such as a diverter switch of a changeover switch of an on-load tap changer is maintained or replaced in the transformer facilities with the load tap changer, a transformer building is made compact by reducing an upper work space of a transformer for taking the object component in and out from above a transformer tank and lowering a ceiling height of the transformer building. SOLUTION: A changeover switch room 7 is provided at a lower part in the transformer tank 1, and a space room 23 configured to take a component of the changeover switch 3 stored in the changeover switch room 7 in and out of the transformer tank 1 is formed under a transformer building floor 22 adjacently to a bottom part of the transformer tank 1 to communicate with the changeover switch room 7.
