<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization and reduction of an insertion loss of a transmission line device with a magnetic thin film as a component element. <P>SOLUTION: In order to suppress a skin effect and a proximity effect of a conductor line 1 of the transmission line device, a slit is prepared along a line direction of the conductor line 1, and the conductor line 1 is divided. In order to suppress an eddy current loss of the magnetic thin film 2, slits 10-1 and 10-2 are prepared in a plane of the magnetic thin film 2, and the magnetic thin film 2 is divided. Then the problem is solved by reducing the insertion loss by combining at least either one of the compositions in a spiral line composition of the conductor line 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
