<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cultivation device capable of isolating microorganisms proliferated by electric cultivation. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the gel type electric cultivation device 1 which comprises a gel cultivation medium 2 for microorganism cultivation, an acting electrode 9 set at the inside of the gel cultivation medium 2 or on an opposing surface 2b opposing to a cultivation surface 2a of surfaces of the gel cultivation medium 2, a counter electrode 10 set at the inside of the gel cultivation medium 2 or on the surface of the gel cultivation medium 2, a reference electrode 11 set at the inside of the gel cultivation medium 2 or on the surface of the gel cultivation medium 2 and at a position where electric flux lines 7 can be formed when applying voltage between the acting electrode 9 and the counter electrode 10, a constant potential setting device 12 regulating the potential of the acting electrode 9 by connecting the acting electrode 9, the counter electrode 10 and the reference electrode 11 and using the 3 electrode system, an oxidation reduction substance 3 impregnated in the gel cultivation medium 2, and a negative ion 4 corresponding to constituent elements of the reference electrode 11 impregnated at least in the surroundings of the reference electrode 11 and of the gel cultivation medium 2, wherein, by regulating the potential of the acting electrode 9, the region from the acting electrode 9 to a part 2c opposing to the acting electrode of a cultivation surface 2a of the gel cultivation medium 2 is enabled to be regulated in potential as the potential regulating region X. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
