PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker accurately detecting a temperature of a heated object irrespective of a difference of materials of heated objects by accurately detecting infrared rays to be a detection object by an infrared ray intensity detecting means in a state of having minimum danger of deteriorating durability of the infrared ray intensity detecting means. SOLUTION: The heating cooker is composed such that a heated object 15 for temperature detection is provided abutted on the heated object N, the infrared ray intensity detecting means 13 is provided to detect intensity of infrared rays, and an operating means calculates a temperature of the heated object N from the infrared ray intensity detected by the infrared ray intensity detecting means 13. A supporting member 16 is provided, supporting the heated object 15 for temperature detection and the infrared ray intensity detecting means 13, an inner tube member 19 and an outer tube member 20 are included in the support member 16, the infrared ray intensity detecting means 13 is included in an interior of the inner tube member 19, and an opening part S3 for ventilation is formed between an upper end of the inner tube member 19 and the heated object 15 for temperature detection.
