PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of binding means different in easiness to be unbound for restraining disorder of binding of a paper bundle caused by conveying the paper bundle with a conveyance means even when the paper bundle is bound by the second binding means that is easier to be unbound than the first binding means. SOLUTION: In the paper processing device 3 of an image forming system 1, a stapler 40 and a stapleless binder 60 are arranged to make conveyance distance of the paper bundle after a stapleless binding process shorter than conveyance distance of the paper bundle after a binding process by the stapler 40. The stapleless binder 60 is arranged to bind the paper bundle at a position closer to an eject roll 39 than the stapler 40 in such a conveyance direction that the paper bundle is discharged to outside a casing of the paper processing device 3.
