PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene-based resin composition. SOLUTION: The polyethylene-based resin composition including a base resin containing the polyethylene-based resin alone or a mixed kneaded material of a polyamide-based resin and the polyethylene-based resin, one functional monomer selected from a mixture of the base resin and an acrylate monomer, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and a mixture of the acrylic acid and the methacrylic acid, and a polyacrylate copolymer obtained by polymerization after absorption of a polymerization initiator and maleic anhydride introduced in the base resin, wherein 1.1-96.6 pts.wt. of the polyacrylate copolymer is dispersed based on 100 pts.wt. of the base resin is provided.
