PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet pile which can ensure quality by preventing a crack etc. from being formed by designating part welded to the steel sheet pile as a starting position, even when connecting members are not vertically joined and welded together; and to provide a steel sheet pile wall structure. SOLUTION: The connecting members 4 comprise upside and downside connecting members 4A and 4B which are vertically juxtaposed with at least one vertical joint portion 6 in a longitudinal direction of a steel sheet pile body 20 in between. The connecting members 4 are welded and fixed to the sheet pile body 20 by intermittent welding or continuous welding in a state in which a weld fixing end 7A at the lowermost end of the upside connecting member 4A is separated from the vertical joint portion 6 and in which a weld fixing end 7B at the uppermost end of the downside connecting member 4B is separated from the vertical joint portion 6.
