<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device equipped with an acceleration sensor, having relatively simple construction for actualizing high safety. <P>SOLUTION: A logic part transfers a signal featured by acceleration to a processor 12, and the processor 12 calculates a trigger algorithm for triggering an occupant protecting means, in accordance with the signal. The logic part is integrated with the acceleration sensor 10, and has a watchdog for testing the processor 12. It is connected to an output stage 14 for enabling the output stage 14 with respect to the occupant protecting means in accordance with the test result of the signal and the test result of the processor 12 using the watchdog. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
