PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of precisely obtaining a flare ratio, and also to provide an image processing method, a program, and a recording medium. SOLUTION: A scanner correcting part 104 calculates the flare ratio (the summation of flare coefficients)ΣK=(Y(x, y)-X(x, y))/X(x, y)2, based on image data X without the reception of the influence of a flare and image data Y with the reception of the influence of a flare, which are input from a scanner 103.
