<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic display device provided with impact resistance, and to provide a watch and electronic apparatus equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophoretic display device includes an electrophoretic display panel 5 and a panel frame 52.
