PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically functional sheet which is easily produced and improves the shielding of electromagnetic waves and the contrast, to further provide a prism sheet disposed on the optically functional sheet, a mold capable of easily manufacturing the prism sheet, a method of producing the mold, an optical filter provided with the optically functional sheet and a video display apparatus provided with the optical filter. SOLUTION: The mold is columnar and has a plurality of grooves formed in the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface, wherein each groove has recessed parts and protruded parts, on the bottom, and the recessed part and protruded part are alternately formed in the long-size direction of the groove. The method of manufacturing the mold, the prism sheet manufactured using the mold, the optically functional sheet having the prism sheet, the optical filter having the optically functional sheet and the video display apparatus provided with the optical filter, are also disclosed.
