PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to a roll film having every width, in manufacturing of a film-integrated molded product, while minimizing the loss of the roll film. SOLUTION: The film cutting device for forming a sheet film 14 from a roll film 60 includes: a film chucking unit 64 which is moved while sucking and holding a tip portion of the roll film to thereby draw out the tip portion of the roll film; a cutter unit 66 which cuts the drawn portion of the film in the width direction to form the sheet film; and a suction table 70 having a suction surface 70a for sucking the sheet film. The film chucking unit moves by a set distance while sucking and holding the tip portion of the roll film, maintains the sucking/holding state during cutting, moves to the suction table while sucking the sheet film formed by the cutting, and stops the suction after the sheet film is moved to the sheet suction table.
