PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the height of many generally and widely used pillows is one kind to be used for both recumbent and supine position without distinguishing them while it is well known that the ideal height of the pillow in recumbent and supine position is two kinds of dimensions obtained from an raised state. SOLUTION: A first movable core body and a second movable core body inside a displacing device of the pillow are moved outward by manual operation to form a large hollow part at the center of the pillow, the hollow part is crushed by utilizing the weight of a head part mounted on the upper part of the hollow part to temporarily obtain the height of the supine position, the height of the supine position is kept, and further, by an urging member for urging the first movable core body and the second movable core body in the direction of being attracted to each other, the initial height of the recumbent is forcibly restored from the supine position according to the movement of the head (floating the head when changing sides or the like).
