The present invention relates to a bird repeller for preventing birds from coming near utility poles and nesting on utility poles. The bird repeller comprises: a solar cell; a fixing frame for fixing and installing the solar cell; a resilient fixing member resiliently inserted and installed between cross-arms; wing means operated by the solar cell; a bird detecting sensor capable of detecting an approaching bird; a noise generator and sound wave generator for generating noise and sound waves that are disliked by birds; and an LED light emitter for emitting light that is disliked by birds, wherein the bird repeller prevents fowl and other birds from building nests between cross-arms provided at the tops of utility poles, so as to prevent current short-circuiting and other damage from being sustained. |
