摘要 <p>The disclosed charging state detection circuit-of which a series circuit, which is of a secondary battery and of cutoff elements that can be in a cutoff state that cuts off the charging/discharging pathway of the aforementioned secondary battery and in an electrical transmission state that is not the aforementioned cutoff state, detects the charging state of a plurality of battery blocks connected in parallel-is provided with: an available battery number detection unit that detects as the number of available batteries the number of cutoff elements that are in the aforementioned electrical transmission state among the plurality of aforementioned cutoff elements included in the aforementioned battery blocks; a capacity information generating unit that, on the basis of the aforementioned number of available batteries, generates capacity information regarding the real full-charge capacity which is the actual full-charge capacity of the aforementioned battery blocks; an overall current detection unit that detects as an overall current value the current flowing through the aforementioned battery blocks overall; an electrical quantity calculation unit that, by means of integrating the aforementioned overall current value, calculates as a stored electrical quantity the quantity of electricity stored in the aforementioned battery blocks; and a charging state detection unit that, on the basis of the aforementioned capacity information and the aforementioned stored electrical quantity, detects the charging state, which is the ratio of the aforementioned stored electrical quantity to the aforementioned real full-charge capacity.</p>
