PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which can always prevent a paper from slacking and perform a printing with high quality while suppressing the cost increase as much as possible. SOLUTION: The printer 1 includes: a main feed roller 36 which is installed at the upstream side of conveying direction of a roll paper 11 in a printing processing part equipped with an inkjet head 21 for performing the printing processing in the roll paper 11 and conveys the roll paper 11 toward the printing processing part; and a front feed roller 37 which is installed at the downstream side of conveying direction of the roll paper 11 in the printing processing part and delivers the roll paper 11 from the printing processing part. The printer 1, in which the paper conveying speed of the front feed roller 37 is established so as to be faster than the paper conveying speed of the main feed roller 36, has a coil spring 55 which biases the front feed roller 37 against the main feed roller 36 in the rotating direction for adding a tension to the roll paper 11.
