<p>The laser beam welding device (10) for welding components (1, 2) with one another, comprises a laser beam source (11), an optical device arranged in a laser beam path, where the optical device converts a laser beam (3) generated from the laser beam source into a laser beam with circular cross-sectional area and then directs to a joining zone (6) of the components, and a unit provided for relative movement between the optical device and the components, where the unit is provided in a plane parallel to a plane in the area of the circular laser beam and comprises an adjustment device. The laser beam welding device (10) for welding components (1, 2) with one another, comprises a laser beam source (11), an optical device arranged in a laser beam path, where the optical device converts a laser beam (3) generated from the laser beam source into a laser beam with circular cross-sectional area and then directs to a joining zone (6) of the components, and a unit provided for relative movement between the optical device and the components, where the unit is provided in a plane parallel to a plane in the area of the circular laser beam and comprises an adjustment device for the both mutually moving components. The adjusting device has two piezoelectric actuators, which are controllable from each other in a separate manner and move the components in the directions that are arranged vertical to each other. The laser beam source is formed as pulsed laser beam source. One of the components is formed in a sleeve-like manner. The other component to be connected with the sleeve-like component is enclosed by the sleeve-like component in the area of the joining zone and lies on the sleeve-like component. An independent claim is included for a laser beam welding process using a laser beam welding device.</p> |
