<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide training apparatus capable of securing an appropriate posture according to the flexibility etc. of the body of a user in the exercise of opening/closing legs of the user in the posture with straightened knees. <P>SOLUTION: The training apparatus includes: a seat 20 on which the user is seated; first and second movable guide parts 30A and 30B respectively including a flat first abutment part 31A or 31B abutting to the rear of the legs of the user and a second abutment part 32A or 32B abutment to the inner side and/or outer side of the legs of the user; first and second turning shafts 40A and 40B disposed under the seat for turnably supporting the first and second movable guide parts respectively; a synchronizing mechanism 50 disposed under the seat for synchronizing the first and second turning shafts so that the directions of rotation are opposite from each other and that the quantities of turning are substantially the same; a load applying part 60 for applying loads to at least either the first or second turning shaft against the rotation of the first and second rotary guide parts; and a height displacement adjusting mechanism 70 for adjusting the displacement in the height between the seat and the first or second movable guide part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
