<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation manager with information on a printing time zone and the number of printed sheets to clear a service time zone or reduce waiting time. <P>SOLUTION: The management device includes a storage means for storing files for batch definition, form definition, batch execution schedule/result, parameter and print spool, and manages the printout state of forms of batch processing based on data defined in each of the files. The device further includes: a means which acquires a batch processing name to be executed in a designated date and form names from the files for batch definition and form definition, calculates a spool start time, a print start time and a print end time of each output form, and further calculates the number of printed sheets and a paper replacement time of each output form, based on the definition information in each of the files for batch execution schedule/result, parameter and print spool; and a means which displays the calculated print start time, print end time, the number of printed sheets and paper replacement time of each output form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
