PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling mill more effectively and precisely performing the crown control, and rolling a material to be rolled into high accuracy shape. SOLUTION: A rolling mill body 10 includes upper chocks 15, 16 for rotatably supporting an upper roll 12, a lower chock 17 for rotatably supporting a lower roller 13, a rolling-reduction mechanism 25, a first movable liner mechanism 40, and a first pressing mechanism 60. The rolling mill body further includes a second movable liner mechanism 2 and second pressing mechanisms 7, 8, and performs the crown control of roller pairs 14 by applying the rolling load by the rolling-reduction mechanism 25, and further performs the crown control of the roller pairs 14 by respectively applying the bender force to the first pressing mechanism 60 and the second pressing mechanisms 7, 8.
