PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a sensor pointed direction by rotating a sensor holder holding a sensor in the two-dimensional direction in sequence by one motor. SOLUTION: A cam rotor 60 is connected with the output shaft 4 of a stepping motor 2 and a rotation base 80, which is connected with a holder case 40 that supports a sensor holder 50 rotatably around the axis of rotation Ls, is arranged rotatably around the main axis Lm coaxial with the output shaft. A torque limiter 77, which rotates both the rotor and the rotation base integrally at the predetermined torque or lower and allows relative rotation when the predetermined torque is exceeded, is provided between the cam rotor and the rotation base. When the cam rotor rotates from an initial position, the rotation base, a holder case, and the sensor holder integrally rotate around the main axis Lm. When the rotation base is stopped by a stopper, only the cam rotor rotates and a rotation axis conversion mechanism 150 rotates the sensor holder 50 around the axis of rotation Ls.
