The K-ZFLEX dental root instrument consists of a handle (2) and in it there is a square profiled flexible bar (1), which tapers towards the top, equipped with a rotary quadruple spiral (4) with a cut and return edges and grooves (9). These grooves (9) are spiral and have a concave surface and terminate in the blade of the cutting edge (7, 7', 8 and 8') on its larger diameter (11) and the blade of the return edge (5, 5', 6 and 6') on its lower diameter (10) and the blades of cutting edges (7, 7' and 8, 8') and the blades of return edges (5, 5', 6 and 6') are modified along the whole length of the bar (1). By rotary grinding on the basic semi-product of the cone a head (3) is created, then during the rotating and the movement of the basic semi-product the blade of the cutting edge (7, 7', 8 and 8') grinds at an angle of less than 60 degrees on the first spiral (4). The basic semi-product is turned through an angle less than 90 degrees and the blade of the return edge (5, 5' and 6, 6') grinds at an angle of 120 degrees while the second spiral gradually turns and moves.
