PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel device and a game device with reduced power consumption. SOLUTION: The travel device includes: a motor 28 for wheels; a CPU 114 for controlling the motor 28 for wheels; a power source device 60 for feeding electric power to the motor 28 for wheels and to the CPU 114; a first photosensor 110 for outputting a light receiving signal when receives light; a coin battery 118 for feeding electric power to the first photosensor 110; and a power supply control circuit 116 for permitting power supply from the power source device 60 to the motor 28 for wheels and to the CPU 114 when receives the light receiving signal from the light receiving element 110.
