System for evacuating buildings, which is multi applied in small, medium and large buildings and skyscrapers, which consists of a ramp, a descending case and a harness. The operation of the invention is performed by activating the system with a button, so as to place the ramp and cables in a service position until reaching a preset safety level, the user wearing a harness and selecting his approximate weight in the descending case, and evacuating the building by one of the three rails of the ramp, the descending case being attached to the cable by means of a safety pin; after said process the user may be able to descend from the building, the descending case may regulate the descending speed by means of a geared pulley system and disc brakes calibrated in such a manner that the descending action would be continuously performed by the same rail and the evacuation would be carried out in a quick manner. This system is calculated by levels and amount of users, the same may be independent from the other levels of the building.
