<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling a consumer side to control a load based on a frequency of a power system without a great cost. <P>SOLUTION: The representative structure of the distributed power supply systems 100, 200 includes a frequency obtaining part 106g for obtaining the frequency of a power system 114 form a phase synchronization circuit 106d of a distributed power supply part 102, a discriminator 106h for discriminating whether the frequency is less than a threshold value or not, and a load control part 106i for causing a distribution panel 108 of a building to operate one or more breakers 108b-108o when the discriminator 106h discriminates that the frequency is less than the threshold value, thereby interrupting a current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
