<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for opening the tail fan of a shrimp by which even an untrained worker or the like can easily open the tail fan of a shrimp without requiring experienced technique. <P>SOLUTION: The method for opening the tail fan of a shrimp comprises making a cut in the shell of the shrimp from its tail fan to part of its top joint to open the shell so as to make the cut surface have an angle of 90 degrees or more, and compressing the base part of the tail fan for deformation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
