PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coater and a coating apparatus capable of preventing the fluidity of paint stored in a paint chamber from decreasing. SOLUTION: The coater 1 includes a coater body 10, a paint chamber 40 formed in the coater body 10 to store paint, a paint-ejecting member 20 arranged to the front end of the coater body 10 to eject the paint stored in the paint chamber 40, a paint supply path 50 formed in the coater body 10 to supply the paint chamber 40 with the paint, and a paint discharge path 70 formed in the coater body 10 to discharge the paint stored in the paint chamber 40, the paint supply path 50 is formed in such a manner that the extending direction of the paint supply path 50 is offset relative to the center 41 of the paint chamber 40.
