PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger-tip pulse wave analyzer excellent in high reproducibility and versatility while being applicable to vascular endothelium function measurement, and further to provide a vascular endothelium function evaluation system using the analyzer. SOLUTION: The analyzer has a pressurizing tool attached around an upper arm for avascularization and opening, a fingertip probe attached around a fingertip, and an optical pulse detector capable of optically measuring an amount of change in a fingertip blood flow with a sensor arranged in the fingertip probe.
