PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by executing the field adjustment of only an operating side satisfactorily during field adjustment and eliminating the need of field adjustment during module replacement when a single-side failure occurs in an analog input duplication constitution. SOLUTION: A correspondence relation between the range of an analog value and the range of a digital value to be inputted is set as a common setting value for both an operating side and a standby side, the operating side and the standby side input calibration values for correcting A/D conversion errors, scale conversion data for adjustment are calculated from the calibration value and the correspondence relation, the operating side inputs an apparatus adjustment value for meeting with characteristics of an external apparatus, performs the scale conversion of the apparatus adjustment value by scale conversion data for adjustment to calculate a correction value, transmitting the correction value, and the standby side uses the received correction value and the scale conversion data for the adjustment of the standby side to calculate an apparatus adjustment value of the standby side, and corrects the inputted measurement value by using each stored apparatus adjustment value.
