PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the overload of a motor part as much as possible to improve working efficiency by preliminary decreasing the speed before the motor part becomes an over loaded state. SOLUTION: The working vehicle includes load-detecting means for detecting the load of the motor part, and traveling speed-regulating means for regulating the traveling speed of a traveling part based on the detected load information detected by the load-detecting means, and in the case that the motor part loading rate calculated from the detected load information in the work is at or higher than a set load rate La previously set by the load rate-setting means, the traveling speed regulating means determines as the overload, performs the regulation for dissolving the overloaded state of the motor part by forcibly decelerating the traveling speed of the traveling part, and returns to an original traveling speed. Further, in the traveling speed-regulating means, a loading rate Lc set preliminary before reaching to the set load rate La is calculated from a prescribed relational formula based on the set load rate La in the traveling speed-regulating means, and when the engine part loading rate reaches the preliminary set loading rate Lc, the traveling speed-regulating means preliminary decreases the traveling speed of the traveling part.
