<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold label excellent in processing suitability by imparting good adhesive property and separating property to the label and by suppressing curling with an improved lamination constitution of a label base material, and to provide an in-mold labeling container using the in-mold label. <P>SOLUTION: The in-mold label is composed at least of a pattern printing layer 4 on the surface of a base film 1, and a heat-sealing layer 3 on the rear face of the base film. Between the base film 1 and the heat-sealing layer 3, an under coating layer 2 consisting of an inorganic powder and a resin is provided.
