<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio tag writer/reader which provides improved work efficiency by allowing integral writing of a plurality of sheet-like articles and integrally moving them into a bag body. <P>SOLUTION: The radio tag writer/reader is constituted in such a way that a writing device 3 having a plurality of sectioned shelves 2 is disposed, and housing boxes 5 for housing articles like a plurality of mails 4 are freely inserted into and taken out from the sectioned shelves 2 one by one. A mail bag 8 is provided having a plurality of sectioned parts 7 sectioned by partition plates 6.
