<p>The head has a linear guide that constrains movement of a slider (80) on a body (71) to guided linear movement parallel to an end surface of the body. An aperture-setting device (90) is arranged on the body for rotation about a rotary axis, where the rotary movement serves to actuate the slider. The aperture setting device includes an orifice opening and configured such that an outlet opening (75) falls within an area of the orifice opening, where the flow rate of free-flowing substance through a passage opening is regulated as the slider moves in a linear path relative to the body.
