The printer has a management unit managing a printing file with documents to be printed in a generic format not specific to a specific printer type. A creating unit creates printing work associating the printing file with the generic format and an unblocking code on request of a client station. A sending unit sends waiting work lists associated to the unblocking code entered by a user on request of the printer. A providing unit provides a selected work in the list send on the request of the printer. |
