FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: in a reinforcement net made of crossing non-metal fibrous materials impregnated with a non-hardened polymer binder, rods are made of fibrous materials with one or more spiral windings by means of winding bunches, and crossed joints are formed by mechanical compression of hardened and non-hardened rods with subsequent hardening of the net.
