<p>The present invention relates to a sample measurement system. In particular the invention relates to a sample measurement system for measuring certain selected properties of a liquid substrate, such as the glucose levelsin a blood sample. More particularly the invention relates to a sample measurement system for performing electrochemical measurements on a sample, the system comprising a sampling plate with a loading port for receiving a liquid substrate; and a measurement device; wherein the sampling plate comprises a sample zone with at least two discrete testing zones, which sample zone is arranged, in use, to separate the liquid substrate into at least two discrete samples, such that each sample occupies a respectivetesting zone; and the measurement device is operable to communicate with the sampling plate to measure one or more selected properties of any of the at least two samples.</p> |
