A device for assembly and disassembly of a blade of an adjustable-blade turbine impeller icomprises two groups of elements installed in two openings of the blade flange, and one group of elements installed in the opening of the nib of the blade, the latter are connected to the crane by means of cables. The group of elements installed in the opening of the blade flange comprises a split bushing with inner conical surface installed in the opening of the flange and made of two parts.
