METHOD FOR NEUTRALIZING TOXIC SUBSTANCES

A method for neutralizing the toxic substances comprises their isolation under the layer of water, loading to the transport vehicles, the transportation and the safe burial. The liquid toxic substances are isolated under the layer of water, loaded into underwater vehicle towed by submarine to the deep seas or to the sites when the biological factors are present capable of neutralizing the toxic substances. At these sites, the toxic load is unsealed and fixed.
