The assembly has a hairspring realized from an optical fiber (50) i.e. optical nanofiber, whose one part is spiral. The optical fiber includes an inner end (51) connected to a collet (20) and an outer end bordering on an outer periphery of a case of a watch. The optical fiber includes an intermediate point fixed to a stud for defining a fixed end of the hairspring. The collet is elastically tightened at points (20-1-20-3) on an arbor (3) of a balance, where the arbor is provided with angular coding graphics elements on an external periphery at height of the collet. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a mechanical movement watch comprising an opening (2) a system for controlling a hairspring/collet assembly (3) a method for controlling a connection state between a hairspring/collet assembly and an arbor of a balance of a mechanical movement watch.
