PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock control device which enables unlocking of an electric lock provided on a door or the like of a building even if a user does not have an unlocking means. SOLUTION: The lock control device includes: an imaging part which takes an image of an object person to generate image data when predetermined conditions are satisfied; a transmitting part which transmits the generated image data to a communication terminal registered in advance; an authentication part which performs authentication in response to a connection request from the communication terminal; and a lock control part which unlocks the connected electric lock when the authentication succeeds.
