PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method properly controlling the temperature in a reactor even in a case that there is a restriction in the temperature and flow rate of a heat transfer medium in a chemical process for controlling the temperature in the reactor by producing heat exchange between the heat transfer medium and the medium in the reactor, a system, and a program. SOLUTION: It is determined whether the estimate value of a heating medium supply temperature calculated by a heating medium supply temperature estimating logic 70a is deviated from a control section and the raw material supply temperature target value set to a temperature controller 32 is altered in deviated timing. In this case, a raw material supply temperature target value calculation logic 70b calculates a new raw material supply temperature target value on the basis of the heat balance in the reactor using a raw material supply amount result value, the control deviation related to the temperature of the reactor, the control value of a deviation estimated control section and the central value of the control section.
