PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust remover that is comparatively inexpensive in manufacturing cost and that also facilitates miniaturization. SOLUTION: The dust remover is composed of a charging roller 12 that is rotatably operated and a conveyance mechanism 3 that relatively moves a dust removal target P and the charging roller 12 in a state in which the charging roller 12 and the target P are oppositely faced. The charging roller 12 is configured to be charged by friction between the charging roller 12 and an auxiliary member 14 having a different electrostatic charging tendency.
