SCHEDULING METHOD AND SINGLE MODE CHIP FOR CODE DIVISION MULTIPLE ACCESS SYSTEM

<p>A scheduling method and a single mode chip for Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) system are disclosed. The method includes the following steps of: the single mode chip in a terminal respectively computes the paging slots and the paging frequencies of two users who have different international mobile subscriber identities in the terminal (S102); in the case that the paging slots are same and the paging frequencies are different, the current paging period of every user is prolonged by one time (S104); the two users are scheduled to monitor alternately in the prolonged paging period (S106). The method could promote the implementation of the dual standby in the CDMA system.</p>
