<p>A modular flooring substrate is provided. The modular flooring substrate comprises a rectangular frame. The frame has an upper side and a lower side in use, and the frame comprises four edge sections. Each edge section extends along an outer edge of the rectangular frame and comprises either a male or a female connector.
