<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning assist device for making two or more dental implant holes which has a main arm unit and an extending arm unit. <P>SOLUTION: The main arm unit 100 has an arm body 130 with two opposed ends. A reference shaft 300 is driven by a first end 110. The extending arm unit 200 is driven by a second end 120 through a connecting shaft 400. A drill guide part 270 with has a drill guide hole 271 is arranged on the outer end part of a second connecting head. The reference shaft is inserted in a first dental implant hole through the shaft hole of the first end. The position and angle of the drill guide hole of the extending arm unit are adjusted by pivoting on the reference shaft and the connecting shaft, so as to reach other dental implant holes.
