TUBE FOR WIRE HARNESSES AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube for wire harnesses wherein it is possible to separate electric wires just by inserting them when there are the electric wires that must be separated from each other in a wire harness for bundling multiple electric wire groups.

SOLUTION: In the resin-made tube for wire harnesses, its internal space surrounded with a peripheral wall is used as space for inserting wire harnesses wired in a vehicle. A separation barrier formed by protruding the peripheral wall toward the internal space and folding it is provided at part of the peripheral wall in the circumferential direction so that the barrier is continued in the direction of length. Compartmentalized spaces are provided at part of the internal space by the separation barrier. Electric wires that must be separated from each other are inserted in these compartmentalized spaces.
